Reservations and cancellation

  • When booking at the Available Rate, cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date. After that period, the entire reservation will be charged.
  • A deposit of 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested on the credit card provided. This deposit is only returned if the customer cancels within the period allowed by the current cancellation policy. Otherwise the deposit is retained and will be charged in full. In cases of no-show – the entire reservation will be charged.
  • Booking with a promotional code cannot be combined with any other promotion, package or special rate and is considered a non-refundable rate.
  • At the time of booking, as a guarantee of the same, credit/debit card details will be requested. The reservation is only made if the details of a valid credit card are provided, which will guarantee all the costs of the stay, its cancellation or alteration and which the accommodation can always debit for these purposes. In case the credit card is not operational, the accommodation reserves the right to consider the reservation void.
  • All prices mentioned include VAT at the current rate.
  • Any cancellation must always be requested in writing (e-mail – up to 15 days before check-in.

Children and extra beds

  • Children up to 2 years old: free of charge in a cot, upon previous request.
  • Cot and extra bed reservations are on request and subject to confirmation of availability.


  • Check-in time from 17:00 to 21:00 (late check-in upon previous request).
  • Check-out time until 12:00 (noon).
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Non-smoking hotel (except in authorised areas).
  • Payment methods: Credit card (Visa / Master card).

TMT – Municipal Tourist Tax

The Municipal Tourist Tax – CM Olhão was adopted and implemented in the year 2023, and is valid for all stays between March 1st and October 31st of each year.

The TMT fee is €2.00/person per night (up to 7 consecutive nights). This amount is only charged at check-in. (TMT information leaflet for your information)

The number of people per accommodation cannot exceed the maximum capacity indicated

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:
